TableTop (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of privacy information in the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as "the Services").

Article 1 (Privacy Information)

 

"Personal information" among privacy information shall mean information about a living individual which can identify the specific individual by name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact information, and other descriptions contained in such information, as referred to in the Personal Information Protection Law.
"History information and characteristic information" among privacy information shall mean information other than "personal information" defined above, and includes services used, products purchased, pages and advertisements viewed, search keywords searched by users, date and time of use, method of use, usage environment, postal codes, gender, occupation, age, user's IP address, cookie information, location information, and individual identification information of the device.

Article 2 (Method of Collecting Privacy Information)

 

The Company may ask for personal information such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, bank account number, credit card number, and driver's license number when users register to use the Services.
In addition, the Company may collect transaction records containing personal information and payment information between the user and partners, and from partners (including information providers, advertisers, and ad distributors; hereinafter referred to as "partners").
The Company collects history information and characteristic information such as services and software used, products purchased, pages and advertisements viewed, search keywords searched, date and time of use, method of use, usage environment (including communication status of the device if used via a mobile device, various settings information at the time of use), IP address, cookie information, location information, and individual identification information of the device when users use services or view pages of the Company or partners.

Article 3 (Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information)

 

The purposes for which the Company collects and uses personal information are as follows:

(1) To display information on registered information such as name, address, contact information, payment method, services used, products purchased, and their prices, to allow users to view and modify their registration information and usage status.

(2) To use email addresses to inform or contact users, and to use contact information such as name and address to send products or contact as necessary.

(3) To verify the identity of the user using name, date of birth, address, telephone number, bank account number, credit card number, driver's license number, and results of delivery by registered mail.

(6) To refuse the use of the Services to users who are in violation of the Terms of Use of the Services, such as delaying payment or causing damage to third parties, by using usage patterns, names, and addresses, and other information that identifies individuals.

(7) To respond to inquiries from users by using the content of inquiries, billing information, and other information necessary for the Company to provide services to users, as well as user service usage status and contact information.

Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

 

The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining the user's prior consent, except in cases recognized under the Personal Information Protection Law and other laws and regulations. This includes:

(1) Cases based on laws and regulations.

(2) Cases where it is necessary to protect the life, body, or property of a person and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person.

(3) Cases where it is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person.

(4) Cases where it is necessary to cooperate with a national institution or local public entity or a person entrusted by them in executing the affairs prescribed by laws and regulations, and where obtaining the consent of the person may impede the execution of the affairs.

(5) Cases where the following matters have been notified or announced in advance:

  • Stopping the provision of personal information to third parties upon the request of the person. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the following cases shall not be considered as third-party provision:

    (1) Cases where the Company entrusts the handling of personal information, in whole or in part, within the scope necessary for achieving the purpose of use.

    (2) Cases where personal information is provided in connection with the succession of business due to a merger or other reasons.

    (3) Cases where personal information is used jointly between specific individuals, and where the fact, items of personal information used jointly, scope of individuals who jointly use the information, purpose of use of those who use the information, and the name or name of the person responsible for managing the personal information have been notified to the person in advance or are in a state where the person can easily learn.

Article 5 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

 

Users can request the Company to correct or delete their personal information if it is incorrect, by following the procedures established by the Company.
When the Company receives such a request from a user and determines that it is necessary to comply with the request, the Company will promptly correct or delete the personal information and notify the user.

Article 6 (Suspension of Use, etc., of Personal Information)

 

If a person requests the suspension or deletion of personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension, etc.") for the reasons that the personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or has been obtained by wrongful means, the Company will promptly conduct the necessary investigation and, based on the results, carry out the Suspension, etc. of the personal information and notify the person.
However, if the Suspension, etc. of personal information incurs a large amount of cost or is difficult to carry out, and if alternative measures can be taken to protect the rights and interests of the person, the Company will take these alternative measures.

Article 7 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

 

The contents of this Policy may be changed without notifying the user. Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the changed Privacy Policy will take effect when posted on this website.
